Job Description

Job Overview Residential Electrician. 50% new construction/50% renovation and service work. Previous experience required. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems within residential settings, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal functionality, while adhering to all safety standards and local electrical codes. Responsibilities Work with a helper, provide and supervise tasks. Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and panels in residential properties. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance. Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, and local electrical codes for safety and quality assurance. Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Proven experience as a residential electrician with a strong background in both new construction and renovation projects. Knowledge of industrial electrician practices and commercial electrical systems is highly desirable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments including residential homes, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.

$26.56 - $31.99 per hour
