Seeking experienced Industrial Electricians with a strong background in 415/480V electrical systems, switchgear, and power distribution equipment. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working in data centers or industrial facilities, including the installation, termination, and testing of electrical distribution systems. Job Responsibilities Install, assemble, and maintain 415/480V electrical distribution systems, including main switchboards (MSBs) and switchgear lineups. Perform electrical terminations and torque connections on 480V busway, power distribution units (PDUs), and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) equipment. Install, route, and terminate electrical conductors in accordance with project specifications. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, one-line diagrams, and equipment schematics. Utilize calibrated torque tools, multimeters, and other electrical testing equipment. Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and verify zero-energy conditions before performing electrical work. Inspect electrical connections and equipment to ensure compliance with applicable safety and quality standards. Coordinate with electrical teams and supervisors to complete installations safely and efficiently. Job Requirements Previous industrial or data center electrical experience required. Hands-on experience working with 415/480V electrical systems. Experience installing or working on main switchboards, switchgear, busway, PDUs, or UPS equipment. Knowledge of conductor sizing, electrical terminations, connector types, and proper torque specifications. Ability to read electrical drawings and understand power distribution layouts. Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO procedures, and zero-energy verification. Experience using electrical hand tools, calibrated torque wrenches, and voltage-testing equipment. Ability to provide details of previous industrial or data center projects and professional references. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience with large-scale data center construction or industrial electrical installations. Experience with 480V busway installations and terminations. Familiarity with MSB and switchgear installations, testing, and commissioning support.
