Journeyman Electrician - Data Center Project Ready to be part of one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing data center construction projects?
Location:
Abertnathy/Lubbock, TX Pay:
$38-$43 per hour , depending on experience
Schedule:
(13 on/1 off) 6 days per week, 12-hour shifts 6:00 a.m. -6:30 p.m. with lunch and break
Project Length:
18-month long-term project
Per Diem:
Up to $150/day when eligible
Overtime:
Paid overtime; typical workweeks may reach 60-80 hours

Free breakfast and lunch provided by the client About the Role We are hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale greenfield data center construction project. Candidates with backgrounds in data centers, heavy industrial, power plants, refineries, manufacturing, oil and gas, or similar electrical construction environments are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Install and maintain electrical systems on a large-scale data center project Install conduit, cable tray, supports, and electrical equipment Pull, terminate, megger, test, and troubleshoot power and control cables Work with switchgear, MCCs, transformers, lighting, controls, instrumentation, substations, and grounding systems Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications Perform quality checks and ensure installations meet project standards Follow all
OSHA, NFPA
70E, LOTO, and site safety requirements Coordinate with foremen, electricians, QA/QC teams, and other trades What We're Looking For Journeyman-level electrical construction experience Valid Texas TDLR electrical license or registration OSHA 10 certification Experience with industrial, commercial, power, oil and gas, manufacturing, or data center projects Ability to work extended shifts, overtime, and a 6-day schedule Ability to work safely at heights and in an active construction environment Reliable transportation, required tools, and proper PPE Ability to pass applicable drug screening and site requirements
Pay:
$38.00 - $43.00 per hour Expected hours: 60.0 - 80.0 per week
