Dallas, TX SuiteMate Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for a full-time, long-term opportunity in Dallas, TX. We're looking for a skilled electrician with strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience maintaining industrial or commercial electrical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment Perform maintenance on motors, control panels, VFDs, pumps, generators, switchgear, and power distribution equipment Diagnose electrical issues using testing and diagnostic equipment Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs Follow all electrical codes and workplace safety procedures Complete work orders and maintenance documentation

Qualifications:

Valid Texas Journeyman Electrician License required High School Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of industrial or commercial electrical experience Strong electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Valid Texas Driver's License or ability to obtain one prior to employment Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, or industrial motor controls is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work as needed If you're a licensed Journeyman Electrician looking for a stable, hands-on opportunity with competitive pay, we'd love to hear from you!
