This role involves visiting homes to perform electrical testing, take detailed photographs, and complete small-scale repair work when needed. Responsibilities Conduct on-site electrical inspections of residential properties Use a multimeter to test voltages and diagnose electrical issues Take clear, comprehensive photos of electrical panels, wiring, and damage Perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing outlets, switches, breakers) Document findings for insurance claim reports Communicate professionally with homeowners and our internal team Qualifications Strong understanding of residential electrical systems Proficient in using a multimeter and other diagnostic tools Ability to identify and document electrical issues clearly Experience performing minor electrical repairs Licensed electrician (required) Reliable transportation to job sites within Austin, TX Must carry liability insurance What We Offer Flexible contract work with competitive pay per inspection and repair Supportive team and streamlined reporting process Opportunity to work with a growing electrical company focused on quality and integrity
