Troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring and low-voltage controls, ensuring minimal downtime. Follow all local electrical codes (such as NEC) and NFPA 70 standards to guarantee safety and compliance during all work activities. Work on construction sites or renovation projects, collaborating with other tradespeople to complete electrical installations efficiently. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to electrical safety procedures at all times. Requirements Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial settings with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems. Demonstrated ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of local electrical codes (including NEC) and NFPA 70 compliance standards. Experience working with high-voltage electrical wiring and industrial electrical systems. Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Ability to perform electrical wiring tasks safely on construction sites or during renovation projects. Familiarity with high voltage systems, low voltage wiring, and electrical blueprint reading is essential. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and implement effective solutions. Valid licensing or certification as required by local regulations; additional certifications in industrial or commercial electrical work are a plus.
