Do you enjoy tracing a problem from a line stoppage back to the exact component, checking the schematic, confirming readings, and restoring power safely and quickly? If so, our El Paso, TX team wants you as our next Industrial Electrical Systems Technician. Picture this scenario A production cell faults unexpectedly. You secure the area, apply LOTO, study the print, and pinpoint a wiring issue. Minutes later the repair is complete, documentation is updated, and preventive checks are scheduled. That blend of speed, accuracy, and safety is exactly what this role is about. How you'll contribute Install, upgrade, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting. Troubleshoot issues methodically to cut downtime and protect throughput. Perform routine inspections and PM tasks to extend asset life. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to plan work. Ensure every task aligns with safety procedures and electrical codes. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with maintenance peers to meet production needs. Capture accurate records of work performed, findings, and parts used. Keep pace with advances in electrical tools, standards, and technology. Must-haves High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a journeyman program preferred. Active electrician's license. Industrial electrician experience (or closely related background). Solid command of electrical systems, wiring practices, and safety protocols. Ability to interpret and act on technical drawings and specifications. Strong diagnostic skills and high attention to detail. Effective communicator and collaborative teammate. Open to flexible hours with the ability to respond to urgent calls.
