Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity on our DFW team. Responsibilities Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Install conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, and electrical devices Perform new electrical installations, upgrades, and modifications Test electrical systems using appropriate diagnostic equipment Identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations Install and connect motors, transformers, disconnects, and control systems Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and inspections Operate power tools, hand tools, and electrical testing equipment safely Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades to complete projects on schedule Mentor apprentices and assist with on-the-job training when needed Respond to service calls and emergency repairs as required Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance Maintain company tools, equipment, and materials responsibly Qualifications 3+ years of industrial or commercial electrical experience Experience with rigid, PVC-coated, and underground conduit Knowledge of control panels, motor starters, and PLCs Ability to read electrical schematics Own hand tools and PPE Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments
Preferred:
