Clean, air-conditioned shop environment No travel required Consistent overtime available (typically 6-8 hours per week), all hours worked over 40 paid at time-and-half Join a stable, growing company with more than 20 years of industry experience and opportunities for long-term career growth Company pays 90% of employee health insurance premiums HSA with company contributions 401(k) match with immediate vesting Paid holidays and paid time off Team-oriented culture where all employees are respected & valued What You Will Do Perform point-to-point wiring of industrial control panels Route, label, terminate, and organize wiring according to electrical schematics Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts Install and wire relays, terminal blocks, breakers, fuses, power supplies, and other industrial control components Conduct testing and verification of completed panels Troubleshoot wiring and electrical control system issues Work closely with engineers and project managers to meet project schedules Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and organized work areas Support continuous improvement efforts that increase efficiency and quality Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, technical training or electrical certifications a plus 3+ years of industrial control panel wiring experience , 5+ years of experience preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Experience wiring industrial control components and power distribution systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience using electrical testing equipment and hand tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail About ACE Controls Founded in 2005, ACE Controls designs, fabricates, and integrates industrial electrical control systems for customers throughout the water, wastewater, food & beverage, OEM equipment, and industrial automation markets.
