Electrical Installation & Repairs
Install and repair outlets, lighting, panels, wiring, breakers, generators, and related electrical equipment
Perform electrical repairs, installations, and service upgrades
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and NEC-compliant drawings
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using modern testing tools
Identify appropriate repair and upgrade solutions based on customer needs and existing electrical systems
Residential Service Work
Handle scheduled residential and light commercial service calls
Clearly communicate electrical issues, findings, and recommended solutions to customers
Explain equipment operation and answer customer questions
Provide high-quality, professional service from arrival through job completion
Complete accurate service documentation and material tracking
Teamwork & Mentorship
Support, train, and mentor apprentices in the field
Help ensure work performed by the team meets company quality and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, project managers, and other team members as needed

Current Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
Residential electrical service experience strongly preferred
Light commercial service experience is a plus
Clean driving record

Ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions
Ability to work independently and manage your workflow

Compensation
Guaranteed Pay:
Guaranteed earnings during your first 90 days while training and ramping into commission
Commission Plan:
$75,000-$120,000+ annual earning potential
Signing & Retention Bonus:
Up to $5,000 in milestone-based bonus opportunities
Bonus installments are earned at established employment milestones and are subject to continued employment and the eligibility requirements outlined in the offer letter
