Position Overview We're seeking a Texas Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our Residential & Light Commercial Service team. This role is not new construction or production wiring; it's meaningful, customer-facing service work with no after-hours or emergency calls . Key Responsibilities Installations & Repairs Install and repair outlets, lighting, panels, wiring, breakers, generators, and more Perform service upgrades Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and NEC-compliant drawings Diagnose electrical issues using modern tools Service Work Handle scheduled residential and commercial service calls Communicate solutions and findings clearly to customers Provide high-quality, professional service Teamwork & Mentorship Support and mentor apprentices Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and project managers Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Safety & Documentation Follow NEC, OSHA, PPE, and lockout/tagout protocols Maintain accurate documentation and material tracking Keep a clean and safe job site Career Growth Opportunities Brand Certifications Become a certified installer for Tesla, Generac, ChargePoint, SPAN , and other industry-leading manufacturers.

Leadership Potential:

What You Bring Texas Journeyman Electrician License (Required) Clean driving record; must pass drug & background checks Residential and/or light commercial service experience Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your workflow Basic comfort with mobile technology and computers Ability to lift 55 lbs and follow all safety protocols

Compensation Base Pay:

$35-$45/hr during training and non‑commission work

Commission Plan:

Earn $80,000-$120,000+ annually

Guaranteed Safety Net:

Commission ramp-up includes earnings floor equal to your hourly rate
