Job Description :
ProForce Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable Apprentice Electricians to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have commercial electrical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers consistent work and plenty of overtime.
Apprentice Electrician Requirements:
  • Current Texas TDLR Apprentice License
  • Minimum 2 years of electrical experience
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation Experience with:
  • EMT conduit installation (up to 4")
  • Conduit bending (Greenlee 555 or similar)
  • Installing and terminating wiring and panels
  • Lighting controls (power packs, relay panels)
  • Cat5/6 cable termination and testing
  • Installing unistrut, anchors, and supports
  • Mounting panel cans and transformers
  • Pulling wire and performing terminations
  • High bay lighting installation
  • Operating scissor lifts and boom lifts (certification a plus)
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and elevation drawings
  • Leading small crews (up to 5 workers)
  • Creating material lists
  • Planning, prioritizing, and executing work efficiently
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience operating Skytrack or similar equipment
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
