Part-time, flexible, monthly retainer plus hourly field rate. No attic crawls, no emergency night calls. Read this first — two things, straight up. This is not a license lease. Under TDLR rules your license can only be assigned to one electrical contractor, and you'll be supervising the work performed under it. Line-voltage supply side on landscape and architectural lighting systems Exterior GFCI outlets: new installs and repairs New branch circuits for lighting, transformers and controls Panel work and circuit additions Timer, photocell and lighting control troubleshooting HOA commercial: Parking lot, drive and common-area pole lighting: install, replace, repair Site lighting circuits — you'll see 120V, 240V and 277V Trenching and boring for feeders Volume is modest and the work is clean. No industrial, no new construction, no municipal roadway lighting.
