Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K and more Seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial/oilfield environment. This position requires strong electrical diagnostic skills, the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, and experience working safely with low- and medium-voltage electrical systems. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision while also working effectively as part of a team. This position will troubleshoot complex electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, inspect electrical work for safety and compliance, and make recommendations for improvements. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical distribution systems and equipment. Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and recommend corrective actions or improvements. Install, troubleshoot, and repair switchboards, control panels, motor circuits, building and lighting circuits, and control circuits. Read and interpret electrical installation drawings, circuit schedules, plans, area classifications, motor schematics, and wiring diagrams. Troubleshoot and work with mechanical relay logic, ladder logic, and variable frequency drives (VFDs). Program simple ladder logic and VFDs. Operate electrical testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues. Perform preventive maintenance on low-voltage electrical equipment, including switchgear, breakers, and related components. Work with 4160 VAC systems. Troubleshoot overhead power lines. Troubleshoot and operate Motor Control Centers (MCCs). Understand substation functionality and follow applicable procedures. Troubleshoot and operate synchronous motors. Safely supervise electrical contractors and verify work is completed in accordance with applicable requirements. Effectively communicate with electrical engineers, energy providers, contractors, and other personnel. Ensure electrical work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable NEC and OSHA standards. Maintain current knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and industry practices. Complete required documentation and use computer systems as needed. Work safely at all times and maintain a strong commitment to personal and team safety. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience; 3-5 years of oilfield electrical experience preferred. Journeyman Electrician license required or strongly preferred. Experience troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical distribution systems. Experience with switchgear, breakers, MCCs, control panels, motor circuits, and control circuits. Experience working with 4160 VAC systems. Strong understanding of electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, circuit schedules, and motor schematics. Working knowledge of mechanical relay logic and ladder logic. Ability to program basic ladder logic and VFDs. Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment. Knowledge of NEC and OSHA electrical safety standards. up to 600V. Experience with overhead power line troubleshooting. Knowledge of substation functionality and procedures. Experience troubleshooting and operating synchronous motors. Ability to safely supervise electrical contractors. Ability to effectively communicate with electrical engineers and energy providers. Good computer skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Must demonstrate a responsible attitude toward personal safety and the safety of coworkers, contractors, and the public. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of oilfield electrical experience. Current Journeyman Electrician license. Experience in industrial or oil and gas electrical systems. Experience with medium-voltage electrical distribution systems. Pay:

$55.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Can you pass hair follicle and background screening?
