Full-time crew leaders will be issued a company truck Duties Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify faults or issues accurately and efficiently Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams to guide installation and repair work Install, replace, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, switches, circuit breakers, and fixtures Conduct electrical diagnostics to determine root causes of system failures or malfunctions Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety standards Collaborate with clients and team members to plan and execute electrical projects effectively Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Skills Proven experience in residential electrical work with a solid understanding of electrical systems Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex electrical issues Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams accurately Proficiency in wiring techniques, circuit installation, and repair procedures Knowledge of local electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail Good communication skills for working with clients and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position is ideal for motivated individuals with a passion for delivering high-quality electrical services in residential settings.
