Position Summary Tetra Tech Digital Systems is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support industrial, oil & gas, and infrastructure projects throughout West Texas and New Mexico. This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems in field environments. Key Responsibilities Install and maintain electrical power, control, and instrumentation systems. Install and terminate conduit, cable tray, power, control, and communication cabling. Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues. Support commissioning, startup, maintenance, and facility upgrades. Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-lines, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams. Lead small crews and mentor apprentices while maintaining a strong safety culture. Qualifications Current Journeyman Electrician License required. Texas or New Mexico license preferred. 5+ years of industrial electrical experience. Experience in Oil & Gas, Midstream, Compressor Stations, Processing Facilities, or similar industrial environments preferred. Working knowledge of NEC and industrial electrical practices. Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents. Valid driver's license and ability to pass required screenings. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physically demanding field work. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and industrial environments. Ability to travel throughout West Texas and New Mexico.
