At Pilgrim's, Safety Is A Condition, the safety of our team members always comes first. Position Summary We are seeking an Electrician with strong industrial electrical experience to support our Mt. Pleasant, TX operations. This role is essential to maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant Maintain electrical equipment through preventive maintenance procedures Assist in implementing new control systems Research and develop improved electrical controls and processes Track recurring electrical issues and develop corrective solutions Identify equipment weaknesses related to electrical systems and recommend improvements Understand technical functionality of electrical equipment and train operators/technicians on operation and troubleshooting Support maintenance personnel to ensure efficient production operations Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor Education & Experience Requirements Industrial electrical experience with strong schematic reading skills Additional electrical certifications (technical college or manufacturing certifications) preferred 3-5 years experience preferred Benefits Competitive pay: $20.25 - $33.00+/hr based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Better Futures Program - 2-year community college tuition paid for you or your dependents Career advancement opportunities EOE , including disability/Vets
