Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction & Maintenance Pusher to manage assigned electrical projects and oversee field Electrical Helper, while supporting upstream, midstream, and production facilities throughout the Midland Basins and/or Delaware Basin locations. Will consider Pushers with available Apprentices/Helpers or can provide if needed. Please note that candidates will be considered from multiple locations including:

Manage multiple assigned electrical construction and maintenance O&G projects Self driven Pusher to plan and successfully carry out daily work activities, and assign tasks to Electrical Helper Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality expectations Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems on upstream and midstream facilities for existing and new Work facilities expansion and maintenance projects including 24 volt cabeling, motor/light circuits, tie in new wells, low voltage instrumentation, raceways for wellhead, angle/channel/ladder tray, and pull/terminate wiring Interpret electrical one-line diagrams, P&IDs, blueprints, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, and construction packages as assigned Coordinate field activities with project managers, operations personnel, inspectors, and other contractors Conduct daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and pre-job safety meetings Ensure strict compliance with

OSHA, NFPA

70E, NEC, API, customer, and company safety standards Verify proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed Install, terminate, and troubleshoot instrumentation wiring and control circuits Install and troubleshoot the following: Motors, VFD's, Control panels, PLC cabinets, RTU's, SCADA equipment Verify proper testing of electrical systems using appropriate testing equipment Maintain daily reports, time sheets, material tracking, and project documentation Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper inventory management Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications Mentor and train apprentices and helpers

Electrical Helper:

Duties:

Assist Pusher with all aspects of electrical instrumentation installation Assist with cable tray install, motor wiring, branch circuit installations, disconnects, control panels, etc Assist with installing and terminating wiring inside electrical and control panels Assist with equipment installs, terminations, tie-ins, grounding, and testing Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Help stage materials, maintain tools, and keep work area organized Follow direction from the Pusher and assist with all assignments Maintain a clean company vehicle and all tools organized at all times

Required Qualifications:

3-6 yrs demonstrated Electrical Construction and Maintenance experience. Previous Pusher with Apprentice/Helper experience a must High school diploma or GED Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Strong knowledge of the following:

National Electrical Code (NEC), O&G Electrical Construction Practices, Industrial Electrical Systems, Electrical Troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret the following: Electrical drawings, Blueprints, One-line diagrams, P&IDs, Wiring Diagrams, Loop Drawings Experience installing rigid conduit, EMT, PVC, and cable tray systems Experience with electrical terminations and equipment installations Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining safety and quality Demonstrated computer knowledge; proficiency with MS Windows environment Demonstrates quality accuracy and thoroughness in all assigned job duties. Strong mechanical aptitude Attendance/punctuality - is consistently at work and on time Follows all safety guidelines. Aware of surroundings and working hazards. Wears all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Must adhere to all OSHA regulations and guidelines Walking, bending, stooping is required; must be able to climb ladders and stairs Ability to work in all weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications :

Texas and/or New Mexico Journeyman Electrician License Experience with the following: Saltwater disposal (SWD) facilities, Compressor stations, tank batteries, LACT units, Gas Plants, Production facilities, Well sites, Pipeline facilities, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
