$36/hr-$45/hr Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician Supervisor to lead an electrical crew and oversee the successful execution of electrical projects supporting oilfield and data center infrastructure fabrication. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality infrastructure development while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong technical background who can manage crews, uphold quality workmanship, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities across multiple projects, including switchgear, panel, and building fabrication Lead and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies Schedule and prioritize daily tasks to meet project deadlines and budgets Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce safety protocols among team members Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project progress Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and safety reports Train and develop electricians and apprentices on proper techniques, code compliance, and safety practices Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide hands-on support to the crew as needed Coordinate material and equipment needs with project management to avoid delays Job Requirements Valid Journeyman Electrician license and relevant certifications Proven experience supervising electrical projects and teams Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements Commitment to safety and quality workmanship Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable and able to work locally in the Odessa, TX area Preferred Qualifications PLC experience Prior experience with data center, switchgear, or panel manufacturing environments OSHA safety training or certifications Experience mentoring apprentices or junior electricians Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in varying shop and field conditions Ability to lift materials and use tools required for hands-on troubleshooting and support work Equal Opportunity Statement Our company is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
