As demand continues to grow, we're actively partnering with experienced Electrical Subcontractors to support our expanding residential solar operations. We are seeking licensed Electrical Subcontractor teams experienced in residential electrical work and solar installations to assist with: Residential solar PV system installations Electrical service upgrades and tie-ins Conduit bending and wire management Installation of electrical equipment, wiring, and devices Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues Ensuring all work meets NEC and local code requirements Coordinating inspections and maintaining compliance standards Maintaining safe, organized, and professional job sites Sonnen system installation and experience preferred What We're Looking For Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license Residential electrical experience required Solar installation experience preferred Sonnen system experience preferred Reliable transportation and tools Ability to pull permits where applicable Professional crews committed to quality workmanship and safety Strong communication and project coordination skills Why Partner with Dynamic?
