• Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to perform routine preventive maintenance and complex skilled tasks to install and repair a wide variety of electrical equipment.

This includes working with generators, transformers, motors, switchboards, and other transmission equipment. You will troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

• Responsibilities
• + Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on machine tools and other manufacturing and building equipment.

+ Execute complex skilled tasks to install and repair electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, motors, switchboards, and more.

+ Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems including electronic tube exhaust machines and air conditioning units.

+ Conduct required tests and measurements to identify electrical malfunctions using appropriate instruments.

+ Determine load requirements for wiring and electrical equipment.

+ Work from blueprints, drawings, layouts, diagrams, schematics, and instructions.

+ Perform minor mechanical repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production and building equipment.

+ Report quality problems or defects to management for corrective action.

• Essential Skills
• + Electrical journeyman license + Familiarity with electrical codes + 4+ years of electrician apprenticeship or trade school training as an industrial electrician
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Master level license is preferred

• The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
