Job Description
Facilities Technician We have a rewarding opportunity for an Industrial Facilities Technician with manufacturing experience that will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, remodels, installations, and/or troubleshooting/repairing production/facilities equipment. You will work independently or in a team environment while complying with all EHS, OSHA, EPA, and Quality requirements.

Salary Information:
$21.01 - $27.98 per hour Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.
Your Challenge:
Must understand and perform under a Safety-First mentality. Perform assigned tasks that include but are not limited to preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, mechanical repairs and assist in installations, and general repairs including troubleshooting. Demonstrate ability to perform and complete preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Ability to read and understand technical documents. Must possess problem-solving skills, understanding of industrial EHS requirements/policies, corrective action efforts/systems improvements, equipment installations, participate in risk/hazard abatement. Must be a team player. Ability to recognize and mitigate potential safety hazards on job site and/or task. Certified or able to become certified to drive lifts, forklifts, and work at in a secure facility. Able to understand and demonstrate basic computer skills to use company's ERP system. Trains/Mentors as needed.
What You Bring:
Minimum 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills. Some Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with SyteLine ERP systems is a plus. Basic math skills Demonstrates great interpersonal and communication skills and maintains a positive and professional attitude. Demonstrates ability to work against deadlines in supporting company goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to operate under change and transitioning demands. Lives the "continuous improvement" philosophy; develops and adopts new ideas and concepts.
