Concho Valley Electricians - Texas Data Center Build-Out Work is performed at data center construction sites across Texas. Electricians from the San Angelo area will travel or commute depending on the site. Tarpon Specialty Services is recruiting licensed electricians from San Angelo, Ballinger, Brady, Sonora, Eldorado, Sterling City and the Concho Valley for large-scale data center electrical construction. Several Texas sites are already under construction, with more coming, and we place qualified electricians directly on those projects. Positions Available Electrical Foremen / Lead Electricians Journeyman Electricians Apprentice Electricians Commercial and industrial electricians Requirements Current Texas electrical license or registration (TDLR) Proven electrical construction background Ability to meet project-specific hiring and site access requirements Willingness to work overtime, extended schedules and travel as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Safety-first work habits Project Scope Critical-power and electrical infrastructure on large, long-term builds. Depending on role, you may work on: EMT, RMC/IMC and PVC conduit - bending and installation Cable tray and raceway systems Wire and cable pulling and termination Switchgear, distribution equipment, transformers, panels Grounding and bonding UPS and generator / backup-power systems Motor controls, control wiring, low-voltage and fiber Electrical drawings, prints and one-lines Testing, commissioning and startup Data center experience is preferred but not required for every position. Electricians from power plants, wind and solar projects, refineries, hospitals, petrochemical facilities and major commercial jobs are encouraged to apply.
