Job Description
Join the All R Electrical Team We are looking to expand our team with several new additions and are seeking qualified candidates who are available to begin asap. All R Electrical LLC is seeking experienced Residential Wiremen and Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. We specialize in residential service work and light commercial electrical projects throughout the San Antonio area. If you are a dependable, customer-focused electrician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys troubleshooting, and values professionalism, we'd like to hear from you. This is a service-oriented position with opportunities for long-term growth—not production-based new construction. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential electrical systems. Perform electrical safety inspections. Complete residential service calls efficiently and professionally. Install and replace electrical panels, breakers, circuits, switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, surge protection devices, and grounding systems. Perform service upgrades, remodel work, and light commercial electrical installations. Explain inspection findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers. Accurately document completed work, materials used, photos, and service notes. Follow all National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, local codes, and company safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Work independently while collaborating with office staff and installation crews when needed. Qualifications Current Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License (required). Proven experience in residential electrical service work. Light commercial electrical experience preferred. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Working knowledge of the current National Electrical Code (NEC). Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to pass a background check. Professional appearance with excellent customer service and communication skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and accountable. Must provide basic hand tools.
