• 7:00 PM (Some Saturdays required) PDS Tech is seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to support operations within a Maintenance Department in Sealy, TX.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and has a strong background working with three-phase motors and electrical systems. If you enjoy troubleshooting, maintaining critical equipment, and keeping production running efficiently—this is your opportunity to grow in a high-demand field. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and equipment Troubleshoot, test, and repair electrical machinery and three-phase motors Diagnose issues and repair systems down to theponent level Read, interpret, and revise electrical blues and schematics Conduct testing using tools such as multimeters and meggers Support equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications Ensurepliance with: National Electrical Code (NEC)

standards OSHA safety regulations Maintain accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance activities Assist with inventory and spare parts management (CMMS systems) Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (required) Hands-on experience working with: Three-phase motors Electrical machine maintenance Troubleshooting and testing equipment Ability to read and revise blues and schematics Strong basic math skills for electrical calculations Ability to operate forklifts and industrial equipment Solid understanding of electrical safety standards (NEC, OSHA) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay Details:
