We are seeking a dedicated Residential Service Electrician to join our team, where you will leverage your diagnostic expertise to resolve complex electrical issues and deliver high-quality installations directly to our clients. Responsibilities Perform expert-level residential and light commercial troubleshooting, including panel upgrades, breaker repairs, and complex circuit diagnostics. Execute code-compliant electrical installations that prioritize safety, longevity, and aesthetic quality. Enhance customer satisfaction by providing clear communication, professional service, and leaving every job site in pristine condition. Utilize digital field management software to streamline workflows, access client history, and manage service tickets efficiently. Collaborate with support staff and apprentices to minimize non-billable time and ensure materials are readily available for every project. Maintain a safe work environment by strictly adhering to all electrical codes and safety protocols during every repair or installation. Required Skills Active Texas Journeyman Electrician license (TDLR) in good standing. Proven experience in residential or light commercial service environments with a focus on troubleshooting and repair. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to homeowners. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record suitable for company vehicle insurance. Physical capability to navigate attics, crawl spaces, and utilize ladders while handling necessary equipment. Preferred Skills Proficiency in modern electrical diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Experience with EV charger installation (EVSE) and smart home electrical integration. Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management platforms. Demonstrated history of maintaining high customer service ratings and 5-star feedback.
