We are looking for a hands-on leader who can supervise crews while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You Will Do:

Supervise and lead a team of electricians and installers on site Route and install low-voltage CAT5 cable in overhead cable tray/rack systems Terminate CAT5 cable to wireless devices installed in overhead racks Coordinate daily work activities and maintain production schedules Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and safety standards Perform quality control inspections and assist with troubleshooting as needed

What You Need:

Active Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR) - Required Previous experience leading crews as a Foreman or Supervisor Experience routing and terminating CAT5 cable Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated work areas Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Required Certifications:
