In this energetic role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment across our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure continuous production, safety, and efficiency by leveraging your strong technical skills and troubleshooting prowess. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial systems and contribute to a high-performance environment. Duties Perform electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on complex machinery and control systems using schematics, electrical blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Maintain and repair electrical systems including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor controls, sensors, relays, and circuit boards to ensure optimal operation. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for pneumatic systems, hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and other mechanical components using precision measuring instruments such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks efficiently. Operate industrial equipment such as scissor lifts safely for access during maintenance activities while adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot electrical systems by reading schematics and electrical blueprints; perform repairs including stick welding and welding repairs as needed. Support technical sales initiatives by providing expert advice on equipment repair options and system upgrades when required. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to electrical maintenance, HVAC/R systems, welding procedures, and equipment handling. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a strong background in industrial electrician work or industrial maintenance roles. Proficiency in electrical diagnostics using tools like voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters; ability to analyze electrical circuits accurately. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), hydraulics, pneumatics troubleshooting, HVAC/R systems, and schematics reading. Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, repair techniques including welding (stick welding preferred), and mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management; experience in planning preventive maintenance schedules is a plus. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; knowledge of industrial mechanic practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills in English; capable of reading technical documents and providing clear documentation of work performed. Demonstrated customer service orientation with analysis skills necessary for effective problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
