Job Description
Overview Looking for electricians with at least 3 year experience to do commercial new builds and remodels. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial and commercial electrical systems in accordance with local electrical codes and NFPA 70 standards. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to accurately execute projects. Troubleshoot electrical systems using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults and implement effective solutions. Dig trenches down to 18" with hand tools or down to 5' with assistance of an excavator. Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for wiring, conduit bending, cable pulling, and other installation tasks. Requirements Must be able to follow verbal instructions Must be able to read, at basic level, construction blueprints Must be able to explain the basic differences in 120/208V and 277/408V Must already have TDLR Apprentice (with verifiable hours) or Journeyman's card Must be able to wire 120V outlets and understand wiring for 208V 3wire / 4wire Must have the ability to bend 3/4" and 1" EMT 90s and offsets Must be able to physically dig with a shovel and climb a ladder with tools / equipment needed
