This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems. This is not a commercial wiring role — this is true heavy industrial electrical work supporting continuous process manufacturing. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Troubleshoot motor control circuits, power distribution systems, and switchgear (up to 2300V)
  • Perform low
  • and high-voltage terminations and switching applications
  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC motors and variable frequency drives
  • Maintain and calibrate control valves, actuators, positioners, belt scales, and gas analyzers
  • Install and align motors; fabricate and install conduit as needed
  • Utilize electrical testing equipment (voltmeters, meggers, loop calibrators, etc.)
  • Conduct motor ground testing and maintain documentation
  • Complete and document work orders in CMMS (SAP preferred)
  • Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
  • Experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on motors, controls, and power systems
  • Ability to work in physically demanding industrial conditions
  • High-voltage experience
  • Journeyman Electrician License preferred
  • Knowledge of thermography applications preferred #ST101
Pay:
$40.00
