- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on plant electrical and instrumentation systems
- Troubleshoot motor control circuits, power distribution systems, and switchgear (up to 2300V)
- Perform low
- and high-voltage terminations and switching applications
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC motors and variable frequency drives
- Maintain and calibrate control valves, actuators, positioners, belt scales, and gas analyzers
- Install and align motors; fabricate and install conduit as needed
- Utilize electrical testing equipment (voltmeters, meggers, loop calibrators, etc.)
- Conduct motor ground testing and maintain documentation
- Complete and document work orders in CMMS (SAP preferred)
- Follow all company, state, and federal safety regulations Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, mining, cement, aggregates, or similar environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills on motors, controls, and power systems
- Ability to work in physically demanding industrial conditions
- High-voltage experience
- Journeyman Electrician License preferred
- Knowledge of thermography applications preferred #ST101
