As an Electric Panel Builder, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

• What's the Job?
• + Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams with proficiency + Build and wire electrical control panels, motor control centers, and power systems + Mount and install components such as circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and PLCs + Perform clean, safe, point-to-point wiring, ensuring quality and safety standards + Test completed work to verify proper operation, safety, and compliance with codes •What's Needed?
• + High school diploma or GED + Solid skills reading electrical schematics and layout drawings + Familiarity with UL/NEC electrical standards + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks + Proficiency with hand tools such as crimpers, drills, and wire strippers
