Dvorak, LLC is looking for skilled Electricians to join our growing field team. The Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical work on assigned job sites while supporting the Foreman in daily field operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Electricians are expected to work independently on electrical tasks. What You'll Do Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and heavy electrical projects Work closely with Foremen and project teams to execute work safely and efficiently Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications Assist with jobsite coordination, materials, and equipment Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism What We're Looking For Hands-on electrical construction experience Strong knowledge of electrical systems and jobsite practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team OSHA 30 (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and attention to detail Why Work at Dvorak Steady work on complex, meaningful projects Strong safety culture and clear expectations Opportunities for growth into Lead Mechanic, Foreman, or beyond Supportive, team-oriented environment Competitive pay and benefitsJob Type:
