Earn $25 to $38 per hour based on your experience Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement and continued career growth Year-round, steady work with an established company Why You'll Love Working Here Work alongside a team that supports one another and enjoys what they do Be recognized for your craftsmanship and attention to detail Help mentor apprentices as they learn the trade Enjoy the stability of a company that invests in its employees Your New Role As a Residential Electrician, you'll help wire new homes from start to finish by: Installing electrical systems in new residential construction Completing rough-in, trim-out, and final electrical installations Installing panels, circuits, outlets, switches, lighting, and service equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications Ensuring all work meets NEC requirements and local building codes Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of residential new construction electrical experience Ability to read blueprints and electrical layouts Strong knowledge of residential wiring methods and the NEC Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States Southern Electrical is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Pay:
$25.00 - $38.00 per hour
