Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Part-Time Employee to assist with various trade and construction projects. No prior experience across all fields is required—we are fully willing to train the right person. This role offers flexible, job-based hours and holds strong potential to expand into a full-time position as our business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist team members with HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks. Support plumbing and electrical jobsite operations. Perform general construction, site prep, tool setup, and cleanup duties. Follow all safety protocols and project instructions carefully.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn multiple trades. Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, working with hand/power tools). Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to job sites. Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus, but not required.
