Who We're Looking For:

You have some electrical experience (trade school, residential helper, military, serious DIYer who knows their way around a panel). You want your Virginia journeyman license and need a shop that supports your hours, training, and growth path or you already have your license and are looking for a new company to grow with. You're comfortable in residential and light commercial environments, no two jobs are the same for us and every day is an opportunity to get better. Clean background check and driving record and the ability to physically work hard including carrying materials 50•75 lbs. The ability to leave your ego at the door and focus on the mission in front of us. You have or desire to have strong leadership skills and are eager to help our company grow.

What You'll Actually Do:

Assist lead electricians on service calls, remodels, and restoration projects. Learn rough-in, device installation, troubleshooting, and code compliance under licensed supervision. Earn documented apprenticeship hours in a structured program. Work alongside project managers and homeowners — you'll learn the business side, not just the wire side.

The Pay & Perks:

$25•$35/hour based on experience and skill level (overtime available) For those in the trade already and experience, a sign-on bonus can be discussed. Company provided tools and PPE Assistance with license and education costs Company vehicle or fuel card for site travel Clear path: Helper → Apprentice → E-Prep → Journeyman. We promote from within.
