Monday-Friday + travel | Overtime as needed Overview We are seeking a dependable and experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work independently while supporting field operations and customers. This role includes commercial and residential electrical service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work. Candidates should be confident diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in the field with minimal supervision. What Sets This Role Apart ✔ Company vehicle provided ✔ Steady, year-round service work ✔ Opportunity for growth within the company ✔ Independent field work with strong team support Key Responsibilities Perform commercial and residential electrical service, maintenance, and repairs Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately Work independently with minimal supervision Ensure all work meets NEC and company safety standards Track time, materials, and complete service documentation Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams Travel to job sites throughout the week Work overtime as needed Minimum Qualifications Completion of a 4-year electrical apprenticeship required Commercial and residential electrical service experience required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage field responsibilities Valid driver's license required Strong understanding of NEC and safety standards Preferred Qualifications Journeyman or Master Electrician Multi-trade maintenance experience Bucket truck, scissor lift, or boom lift experience CDL license Experience with Procore, Bolt, or similar digital documentation systems Spanish speaking preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75-100 lbs Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, heights, etc.) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Retirement plan Company vehicle provided This job description is intended to outline the general nature and scope of this role.
