Job Description

About the Role As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical resource, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex manufacturing infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in PLC troubleshooting and high-voltage systems to minimize downtime and optimize the operational efficiency of our production environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex issues within electrical and electronic control systems to maintain continuous production flow. Conduct proactive equipment inspections to detect potential failures before they impact operational output. Execute precise maintenance on AC/DC motor drives, PLC networks, and high-voltage systems up to 480V. Install and calibrate advanced electronically-controlled equipment, including distribution centers and automated control panels. Utilize sophisticated diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and digital multimeters to ensure circuit integrity. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and material usage to support long-term equipment reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and support for ongoing production initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of experience in heavy industrial electrical maintenance. Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong working knowledge of AC/DC motor theory and high-voltage safety protocols. Demonstrated success in troubleshooting PLC systems and variable frequency drives (VFD). Preferred Skills Successful completion of the Ramsey Electrical aptitude assessment. Hands-on experience with HMI interfaces and industrial automation networks. Proven ability to maintain hydraulic and pneumatic electrical components.
