This is a field-based position focused on commercial and industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, service calls, repairs, and installations. Competitive pay based on experience and licensing Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account with company contribution 401(k) with company matching Generous paid time off and paid holidays Annual bonus opportunity Paid life insurance and voluntary insurance options Professional development assistance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee discount Long-term career opportunities with a growing organization What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems Perform electrical service calls, repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot motors, generators, transformers, and primary and secondary electrical distribution systems Perform routine inspections and identify potential electrical issues before they become larger problems Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Accurately document equipment information, test measurements, service findings, and photographs when required Communicate clearly with customers regarding electrical issues, recommended solutions, timelines, and completed work Travel to commercial and industrial customer locations throughout the service area What We're Looking For 4+ years of professional electrical experience Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required Commercial and/or industrial electrical experience strongly preferred Strong electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with motors, generators, transformers, and electrical distribution systems preferred Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Strong professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to climb and work from ladders, stairs, and scaffolding as required Compensation & Benefits $30-$40/hour based on experience and licensing Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account with company contribution Paid life insurance Voluntary insurance options 401(k) with company matching Generous PTO Paid holidays Annual bonus opportunity Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional development assistance Employee discount Apply today to join Alliance Group Services and build a long-term career as a Licensed Commercial/Industrial Electrician.Pay:
