Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial and residential electrical work, including tenant improvements (TI) and service upgrades. This role involves performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. The Journeyman Electrician will work on various projects, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards while delivering excellent service to clients. Responsibilities Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential projects. Execute commercial tenant improvement (TI) work, ensuring spaces are safely and efficiently wired to meet client specifications. Conduct commercial service work, including troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, and providing effective solutions. Handle residential service calls, including wiring upgrades, repairs, and new installations. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to complete projects accurately. Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate work schedules and project timelines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper safety protocols at all times. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each project. Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification. Proven experience in commercial TI work, commercial service, and residential service electrical projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards, and best practices. Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently. Good communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various project environments. Pay:
