South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric - Where Skilled Electricians Serve, Sell, and Solve Are you a licensed, skilled electrician passionate about helping homeowners by providing expert solutions, professional installations, and immediate repairs? At South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric, we're looking for a Service Electrician who can serve up to three customers daily, delivering high-quality service, diagnosing issues, offering well-rounded solutions, and completing top-tier electrical work. In this role, you'll be the expert customers trust to assess their needs, recommend tailored solutions, and deliver on-the-spot electrical repairs and installations. This position is ideal for a customer-focused electrician who excels at selling services, installing solutions, and completing repairs that make homes safer and more functional.
What We Offer Competitive Pay & Bonuses:
Commission, weekly cash bonuses, and monthly bonuses. On target earnings between $150,000-$237,000 annually, based on performance.
Customer Review Incentives:
Monthly bonuses for positive customer reviews that contribute to our reputation.
Training & Meeting Compensation Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday starting at 9:30am (Fridays and Saturdays off)

Three Customers Daily:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, deliver excellent service, and provide solutions tailored to their home.
Solution-Oriented Sales:
Be dedicated to finding the best solutions for each customer, offering recommendations that encompass safety, efficiency, and long-term value.
Expert Installation & Repair:
Execute immediate, high-quality repairs and installations, ensuring each home improvement is completed professionally and up to code.
Professional Representation:
Serve as the face of South West, upholding our standards of professionalism and excellence in every customer interaction.
Collaboration:
Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams to streamline each job.
Ongoing Professional Development:
Participate in training to continually refine your skills, maintain certifications, and provide customers with the latest in industry expertise.
Requirements:
Qualifications EL01 or EL02 license (Washington State) 3+ years of residential electrical experience in diagnostics, sales, and repairs.
Customer Service & Sales Experience:
Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions. Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing South West with professionalism. Experience with Service Titan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing.
