The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical work, focusing on residential. This role requires proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints, as well as hands-on experience with various electrical systems. The Journeyman will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical installations and repairs. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in compliance with local codes and regulations. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and logic controllers. Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and best practices. Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations. Supervise and train electrical trainees. Experience Proven experience as a residential electrician. Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Current Idaho journeyman license a strong plus!
