Orchard and Vineyard Supply requires a full background check and pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment. Must have valid WA Driver's License and a clean driving record. This position is primarily Monday through Friday with Saturday work during our busy season. Overtime may be required as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1.
Ensure best-in-class customer service and follow through. 2. Follow safety protocols in place. We look out for you. You look out for you! 3. Accurately and thoroughly completes work order tickets. 4. Complete all work in a timely fashion, with attention to detail and quality workmanship. 5. Maintain punctual, regular with and predictable attendance. 6. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes. 7. Perform electrical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. 8. Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams. 9. Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and safety. 10. Install and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers. 11. Perform routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs. 12. Proficient in the use of power tools and electrical testing equipment 13. Strong knowledge of electrical principles, codes, and regulations (NEC) 14. Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems. 15. Knowledge of frame carpentry for installation purposes 16. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. 17. Displays excellent communication skills when working with customers and other associates and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure. 18. Must maintain good inventory and organization of company supplied tools within immediate and general work environment. 19. Ability to lift and push/pull 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout the shift and frequent climbing (i.e. ascending/descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, etc.). 20. Self-motivated and able to work together with a team or operate individually. 21. Trustworthy and dependable with a thorough thought process and a problem-solving mindset. 22. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in a commercial or industrial setting. Electrical license (03) or ability to obtain required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bi-lingual in Spanish is helpful.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
