J02 Residential Journeyman Electrician | Service, Install & Sales Miller's Electric | Vancouver, WA $40-$48/hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Commission Opportunities + Performance Incentives Miller's Electric is looking for an experienced 02 Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our growing electrical department. This is a hands-on residential role that combines service, installation, and sales . We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, troubleshooting electrical issues, completing quality installations, communicating with homeowners, and presenting options when additional electrical needs are identified. What You'll Do Perform residential electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations Diagnose electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions Complete electrical work related to HVAC installations and other residential projects Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and available options Prepare estimates and present electrical options to customers Identify opportunities for additional electrical improvements or repairs Complete accurate job documentation and maintain code-compliant workmanship Coordinate with our HVAC and office teams as needed Provide a professional, positive customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Current Washington 02 Residential Journeyman Electrician license required 6+ years of residential electrical experience preferred Strong residential service, troubleshooting, and installation experience Comfortable discussing options and pricing with homeowners Ability to work independently and manage jobs from diagnosis through completion Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and comfortable with job documentation Valid driver's license and clean driving record Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Compensation $40-$48/hour , based on experience Commission opportunities Performance incentives Overtime opportunities as available Year-round work
