Job Summary Reshaping HR is partnering with a client in the Fox Valley to assist with a key search for an Electrical Lead! They have a great vision for continued growth and are looking for a great member to add to their team. Reshaping HR is a consulting firm and assists with the first-round screening/interviewing only - If hired, you would work
DIRECTLY
for the client. The Electrical Lead will have the opportunity to lead a team, adapt to ever-changing environment, ensure high level of satisfaction with customer relations, and be proactive regarding day-to-day operations. Electrical Lead will be handling residential and light commercial electrical projects and running the jobs with a small crew. The Electrical Lead will establish, track, and maintain project schedules and negotiate issues and conflicts. Maintaining a proactive approach with all customers, anticipating problems, and effectively problem solving to find viable resolutions, is key in this role. Qualifications for
Electrical Lead:
Journeyman license required Leadership experience in electrical or construction industry preferred Proven positive/professional attitude along with stellar customer service skills Decisive, focused leadership - results driven Have a high level of energy, initiative, and excellent communication skills Detail orientation to organize and manage multiple project tasks in a busy, fast paced environment. Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
Hours:
M-F, First Shift hours
Salary :
$35-$45 per hour
Benefits:
This company pays 50% of the health premium and 100% of all other insurance such as Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, Eye and Dental. Sick pay, vacation, and a 401K with match program is also offered.

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
