The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Residential electrical systems, with a strong background in construction, renovation, and schematic reading. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems across various projects, ensuring compliance with NEC standards and safety regulations. The Licensed Electrician will play a critical role in supporting our ongoing projects and ensuring electrical safety and efficiency. This position entails local work and minimal travel. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in Residential environments Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical work Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, and power tools Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, adhering to NEC guidelines for safety and compliance Knowledge integration with smart home systems Conduct renovation projects involving electrical upgrades or modifications on existing structures Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment efficiently and safely Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely project completion Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for compliance and future reference
