NEW FACTRORY NOW OPEN IN HOLMEN, WI
Tuesday to Friday, 10-hour days 5:00am to 3:00pm, OT on Monday's as needed

Electrical Tech 2 The Electrical Tech 2 is a mid-level position for technicians with experience in electrical systems. They work with less supervision, handling more complex installations, including low
  • and high-voltage wiring, panel wiring, and blueprint reading.
They are expected to efficiently run wire, seal installations, and troubleshoot basic electrical issues. While they still receive direction, they are expected to take more initiative and problem-solve independently.
Job Duties:
Champions Safety in the workplace Caulks to Xetex standard without supervision. Runs wire neatly throughout HVAC units to XeteX standards under minimal supervision. Pulls wire and lands low voltage wiring at device locations and panels under minimal supervision. May assist in the panel room as needed under direct supervision. Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams with minimal supervision. May test and troubleshoot units under direct supervision. Assists in the training of lower-level technicians as needed. Understands the schedule and communicates proactively about setbacks or concerns. Maintains clean work area. Willingly assists other departments as needed, maintains a flexible mindset. All other duties assigned.
Requirements:
Associate Degree in Electrical field preferred. Experience in the field may be considered in lieu of a degree. Able to read wiring diagrams. Background in HVAC or manufacturing preferred. Conduit experience preferred. Detail-oriented, ability to plan, and organize day. Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
