Paid Holidays Compensation:
$35-$45 per hour based on experience
What You'll Do:
Build trust by educating homeowners and businesses on their electrical needs during service calls. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults and equipment in residential and commercial environments. Uphold strict service protocols and local codes while meeting specific customer requirements. Maintain a pristine job site and a fully stocked, organized service truck. Ensure all invoicing, timekeeping, and feedback sheets are accurate and submitted on time. Engage in morning meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and team retreats.
What You Bring:
Current electrical license with a deep understanding of local codes and their field application. Proven experience with wiring diagrams, circuit breakers, junction boxes, and tracing lines. Strong verbal and written skills to clearly explain solutions to customers. High integrity and a drive to improve your craft every single day. Valid driver's license with an insurable record; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day. Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold. Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day.
