Full-time Licensed Electrician:
Monroe, WI We are looking for a proficient Electrician to manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. Your work will support essential systems such as climate control, lighting, security, and machine operations in commercial and industrial settings, ensuring that all equipment functions reliably and safely.Core Responsibilities:
Design, map out, and repair electrical control apparatus, circuit breaker panels, and various fixtures. Help maintain a streamlined workflow by accurately measuring, cutting, and installing conduit while connecting wiring to transformers and breakers. Utilize diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and ammeters to verify system compatibility and circuit integrity. Support facility operations by assembling and wiring electrical systems for power, refrigeration, and communication needs. Operate a wide range of power and hand tools, including saws, drills, and conduit benders, to complete installations. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following company safety protocols and the National Electrical Code (NEC).Qualifications & Requirements:
Possession of a high school diploma or GED along with a valid Wisconsin Electrician License. At least 5 years of professional experience working within industrial or commercial environments. Comprehensive understanding of NEC, NECA, and Comm 16 standards, as well as proficiency in ARC Flash, ESD, HAZMAT, and LOTO procedures. Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, combined with strong manual dexterity and excellent color vision. Willingness to travel within a 150-mile radius of Monroe, WI, including the ability to stay overnight when project requirements dictate.Benefits & Compensation:
