Moorland Rd (Show on map) Aug 03, 2026 NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman in Berlin, Wisconsin. Job Summary Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision. Confirms completion & documentation of project Daily/Weekly/Monthly safety activities reporting. Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. Interprets company policies to workers enforcing safety regulations, and proper care for tools and equipment. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Qualifications 6-10 years recent commercial electrical or related experience 3 years electrical supervisory experience Current Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License OSHA 10 or ability to obtain Knowledge of NEC and Electrical Theory 70E NFP Certification or related awareness training preferred, not required Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
