Full-Time Summary We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local codes Collaborate with apprentices and provide guidance when needed Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Complete job documentation and communicate project status to supervisors Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Wisconsin) 3+ years of field experience preferred Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($37-$47/hr depending on experience) Overtime opportunities Paid holidays and PTO Company vehicle for jobsite travel (role dependent)
